Mark Hayward, a World Yo-Yo Champion, brings his expert yo-yo and juggling skills along with family-friendly comedy for a morning of laughter and amusement. Tickets are required for this program and will be available to pick up at the Youth Services Desk beginning Mon., Dec. 16. Space is limited.
