Struggling with communication? Join National Board Certified Therapist Marissa Raglin to learn effective ways to express your needs while crafting responses that are both productive and considerate.
This session will include all necessary resources, and we encourage you to come with an open mind, ready to engage and discuss this important mental health topic with fellow community members. We’ll also explore key aspects of active listening to enhance communication skills. We look forward to seeing you there!
