Drop in between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to learn if you have unclaimed property held by the State of Illinois.
The state treasurer is holding more than $3.5 billion in unclaimed funds for Illinoisans. The state holds these lost funds until they are claimed by either the original owner or their heirs. A representative of the State Treasurer's Office will be at the Library to look for your name in the database. Property is returned at no cost with the proper identification.
The Library is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Batavia Avenue (IL-31) and Wilson Street (the main east-west street through town).
