Join us for a librarian-lead discussion of At Home: A Short History of Private Life by Bill Bryson.
The author takes readers on a tour of his home, a former parsonage, in this book that Kirkus Reviews calls “informative, readable and great fun.” For example, Bryson shares that flushing toilets were the most popular feature at the Crystal Palace exhibition in 1851.
The Library is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of Batavia Avenue (IL-31) and Wilson Street (the main east-west street through town).
